Job summary

Pomelo Care is a leading virtual medical practice for women and children, delivering care across pregnancy, postpartum, pediatrics, menopause, and perimenopause. You will conduct synchronous video visits with patients, collaborating with their medical provider and therapist to create a cohesive care plan.

As a licensed RD/RDN, you will provide evidence-based nutrition therapy, commit to at least 10 patient-facing hours per week, maintain clinical documentation, and uphold privacy and compliance

Qualifications

• National certification as a RD or RD/N by the CDR with a state license.
• Minimum of 2 years of evidence-based nutrition counseling experience.
• Commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth, video conferencing, and EMR systems.
• Clinical independence with excellent communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide nutrition care for midlife and menopause transitions.
• Collaborate within a multi-specialty team to ensure cohesive care plans.
• Partner with patients over multi-week programs to foster sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focused on metabolic health and bone/gut health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold privacy and compliance standards for visits on the Pomelo platform.
