Job summary

Pomelo Care is a leading virtual medical practice focused on women and children, delivering care across pregnancy, postpartum, pediatrics, menopause, and perimenopause. We expand our network of Registered Dietitians to provide holistic nutrition support through synchronous telehealth visits.

As an RD/RDN, you will deliver evidence-based nutrition therapy within a multi-specialty team, while managing your own schedule and patient load.

Qualifications

• National certification as an RD/RDN by the CDR with license to practice in any US state.
• Candidates licensed in multiple states are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and EMR.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care for midlife and menopausal patients.
• Collaborate within a multi-specialty care team to ensure a cohesive care plan.
• Partner with patients over a multi-week program to support lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health and bone health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold clinical, privacy, and compliance standards for all visits.
