Qualifications

• RD or RDN certification with state licensure in any US state.
• Minimum 2 years of evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Commit to at least 10 patient-facing hours weekly.
• Comfort with telehealth, video visits, and EMR systems.
• Strong clinical independence and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits delivering one-on-one nutrition care.
• Collaborate with multi-specialty care team to create cohesive plans.
• Guide patients through multi-week programs for lifestyle changes.
• Provide nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health and bone/gut health.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Uphold privacy and compliance standards on Pomelo platform.
