Job summary

Pomelo Care is a leading virtual medical practice for women and children, offering care across pregnancy, postpartum, pediatrics, and menopause. This independent contractor role supports midlife nutrition via synchronous video visits and personalized nutrition care nationwide.

You will work remotely, committing at least 10 patient-facing hours weekly, and operate within Pomelo’s credentialing and administrative support framework. Flexibility is provided for visit opportunities.

Qualifications

• National RD/RDN certification with Massachusetts license.
• Minimum 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• At least 3 years of evidence-based nutrition therapy experience.
• Experience with midlife, perimenopause, and menopause nutrition preferred.
• Proficient with telehealth platforms and electronic documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits with patients navigating midlife, perimenopause, and menopause transitions.
• Provide one-on-one virtual nutrition care via phone and video calls to facilitate lifestyle change.
• Work within a multi-week program format to support symptom improvement and behavior change.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
• Follow applicable clinical, documentation, privacy, quality, and compliance standards for visits.
