Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a Training & Process Optimization Specialist to standardize and deliver training across Revenue Cycle Management. You will develop SOPs, create scalable documentation, and ensure consistent workflows in Billing, AR, and Cash Reconciliation.

You will translate complex processes into practical materials, conduct live training, and partner with leadership to close knowledge gaps as systems and requirements evolve.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Management operations.
• Experience documenting end-to-end workflows and SOPs.
• Ability to develop training materials and programs.
• Excellent written communication and ability to simplify complex processes.
• Experience training individuals or groups in systems or procedures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop structured RCM training for Billing, Accounts Receivable, Payment Posting, and related revenue cycle functions.
• Create and maintain SOPs across RCM departments.
• Translate complex workflows into practical training materials and job aids.
• Deliver live demonstrations, walkthroughs, and hands-on system training.
• Assess training effectiveness and identify areas for additional education or documentation.
• Partner with RCM leadership to identify knowledge gaps and address them with targeted training.
• Document standardized workflows and establish templates for consistency.
