GeBBS Healthcare Solutions, Inc. is seeking a team leader to drive daily operations across Intake, Authorization, and Scheduling in a remote, United States-based role.

You will oversee workflows, ensure eligibility verification, manage prior authorizations, and optimize scheduling to support revenue cycle performance. Strong leadership, HIPAA knowledge, and bilingual English/Spanish communication are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of healthcare Revenue Cycle Management experience.
• Prior RCM experience supporting behavioral health services is required.
• Previous experience as a Team Lead or supervisor responsible for multiple team members.
• Strong understanding of insurance eligibility, prior authorization, and payer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership to team members supporting Intake, Authorization, and Scheduling functions.
• Coordinate workloads, priorities, and coverage to meet service expectations.
• Serve as the first point of escalation for workflow questions, payer issues, and patient access concerns.
• Monitor team productivity, quality, attendance, and adherence to processes.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance discussions.
• Onboard and train new team members as workflows and client expectations evolve.
• Identify performance gaps and escalate to management as needed.
• Promote accountability and consistent execution across the team.
• Oversee intake, eligibility verification, and referral workflows.
• Ensure timely eligibility and benefits verification before services.
• Monitor incomplete referrals and follow up on intake requirements.
• Escalate complex eligibility and patient access issues as needed.
• Identify and route prior authorization requirements during intake.
