Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in charge posting and/or claims submission.
• Strong CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS knowledge.
• Experience supervising QA or claims teams preferred.
• Strong analytical and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day QA of charge posting and claims submissions.
• Audit CPT/ICD-10 coding and payer submission accuracy.
• Track errors and trends; deliver monthly QA summaries.
• Develop and update QA SOPs; coordinate with training.
• Lead remote and offshore teams and provide coaching.
