Ensora Health is seeking a Solutions Engineer to support Fusion, our rehabilitation therapy platform. In this highly visible role, you’ll serve as a trusted technical advisor, partnering with prospects, Sales, Product, and Engineering to solve complex operational and clinical workflow challenges.

We value 3+ years in solutions engineering or related roles, healthcare SaaS experience, and strong Revenue Cycle Management knowledge.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Solutions Engineering or related customer-facing technical role.
• Experience in healthcare technology, rehabilitation software, EHR, practice management, or related healthcare SaaS environments.
• Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) including billing workflows.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical subject matter expert throughout the sales cycle, guiding discovery, solution validation and implementation planning.
• Deliver high-impact product demonstrations tailored to rehabilitation therapy organizations highlighting clinical, operational, and financial outcomes.
• Advise customers on rehabilitation workflow optimization including scheduling, documentation, billing, and claims management.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to influence product direction and ensure customer requirements are represented.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance demonstrations and accelerate problem-solving.
