Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex accounts and escalations.
• Experience leading Data and Charge Entry teams.
• Strong understanding of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10 coding and payer policies.
• Experience driving small projects or process improvements.
• Proficient with RCM systems (Athena, Zuora, Salesforce, JIRA).
• Ability to leverage AI tools to improve output.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end RCM billing implementations and configurations with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee Data and Charge Entry contractors and ensure data accuracy and timely submissions.
• Guide billing testing, documentation, and automation initiatives.
• Mentor junior staff and align stakeholders through clear planning and communication.
• Drive platform enhancements across Athena, Zuora, Salesforce to ensure correct downstream billing logic.
