Job summary

Infinx seeks a Director – Revenue Cycle Operations to lead strategic delivery for healthcare client engagements. You will oversee planning, staffing, and readiness across billing, AR, denials, and collections, ensuring successful go-lives and stabilized operations.

You will collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Technology, and offshore/onshore teams to optimize processes, drive improvements, and manage performance metrics across the revenue cycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in healthcare Revenue Cycle Management.
• 5+ years in leadership, consulting, or implementation roles.
• Deep knowledge of billing, payment posting, AR, denials, and refunds.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic delivery planning for client RCM implementations.
• Translate client scope into executable operating plans.
• Validate workload, staffing, and readiness before go-live.
• Monitor KPI metrics and drive improvements in productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Technology, and Customer Success.
• Provide governance during go-lives and stabilization.
