LifeStance Health Inc. is hiring a Medical Billing Coordinator to ensure accurate and thorough billing processes in a national remote setting.

You will collaborate with the team to maintain billing accuracy, stay current on payer practices, and support revenue cycle activities across the organization. The ideal candidate has at least two years of medical billing experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years of medical billing experience.
• Ability to work both in a team environment and independently.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
• Experience with automated billing systems preferred.
• Knowledgeable of full revenue cycle processes with insurance, Medicare and Medicaid.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrates awareness and inclusion with diverse backgrounds.

Responsabilidades

• Perform duties in a professional manner, interacting with insurance plans, clinics, patients, and team members as needed.
• Maintain current information on correct and lawful billing practices.
• Participate in daily revenue cycle management processes.
• Keep up-to-date information on SOPs, processes, and policies.
• Utilize available job aids, websites, programs, and resources.
• Support leadership with reporting needs as required.
• Meet daily productivity and quality standards set by leadership.
• Identify issues and communicate with Lead/Supervisor about system access and workflow inefficiencies.
• Perform other duties as needed.
