Job summary
JFS Consulting is seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Management Consultant who plays a key role in optimizing the financial performance of healthcare clients by overseeing and supporting all stages of the revenue cycle—from patient intake and billing to claims submission, denial resolution, and collections.
Reporting to the Senior Revenue Cycle Manager, this role ensures compliance, analyzes end-to-end processes to identify inefficiencies, and implements strategies that boost cash flow and
Qualifications
- Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification required.
- Inpatient and outpatient coding experience a must.
- Lean Six Sigma or CQI/PDCA certifications preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and support all stages of the revenue cycle from intake to collections.
- Improve cash flow by reducing denials and speeding submissions.
- Coach clients and teams on best-practice RCM workflows.
- Lead CDM updates and payer contract negotiations as needed.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement automation to streamline processes.
