This role supports clinicians and office staff across payers, ensuring accurate billing workflows. The position requires a high school diploma and basic Excel/Word skills, with 0–6 months of related experience.

Qualifications

• Basic level MS Excel skills for currency formatting and data entry.
• Basic MS Word skills for document editing and formatting.

Responsibilities

• Submits timely, accurate invoices to payer for products and services.
• Evaluates payments and applies them to patient accounts.
• Follows up on invoices and denials and maintains HIPAA confidentiality.
• Ensures compliance with contract terms and fee schedules.
