Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking a Billing Specialist to ensure timely submission of invoices and accurate application of payments for all services and products. You will support reimbursement processes, assist with appeals, and help maintain HIPAA compliance across payer communications.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma, 0–6 months infusion reimbursement experience, and solid MS Excel/Word skills. This is a full-time US-based role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0–6 months infusion reimbursement or intake/admissions experience.
• Basic MS Excel and Word skills.

Responsibilities

• Submit timely, accurate invoices to payer for services and products.
• Evaluate payments and apply to patient accounts; notify overpayments.
• Follow up on claims to ensure prompt payment and send collections letters as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance when handling patient information.
