Job summary

Envoy Global is seeking an experienced RCIC Licensed Corporate Immigration Consultant to serve as the authorized representative for corporate clients and manage Canadian immigration matters from assessment through adjudication. You will work with employers, HR partners, and foreign national employees, delivering strategic guidance, case strategy, and proactive compliance in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Remote-friendly, global client base, with focus on quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Active RCIC license in good standing.
• 3+ years as authorized representative in Canadian corporate immigration.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian business immigration programs and Quebec pathways.
• Proven experience advising corporate clients on immigration strategy and risk management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with client-service mindset.
• Highly organized with ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as authorized representative before IRCC, ESDC, and other government agencies.
• Manage a full portfolio of Canadian corporate immigration matters from assessment to filing and post-submission management.
• Prepare and submit compliant immigration applications (work permits, permanent residence).
• Provide strategic counsel on eligibility, timelines and compliance obligations.
• Serve as primary contact for corporate clients, HR stakeholders and employees.
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise on employer compliance requirements.
• Ensure filings comply with regulatory standards.
