Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA services, in clients’ homes or community locations, across the USA. You will implement skill-building plans under clinical supervision and record session data with electronic devices.

The role offers flexible scheduling, part-time to full-time opportunities, paid training, and a supportive clinical team with ongoing CEUs and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Implement skill-building and care plans with the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and families.
