Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Insurance Agent, preferably in U.S.-based operations.
• Extensive hands-on expertise with the EZLynx insurance management platform, including quoting, policy management, CRM, reporting, and automation.
• Ability to train and demonstrate EZLynx features clearly to management and team members.
• Strong understanding of insurance workflows, including client onboarding, policy renewals, endorsements, and claims tracking.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex system processes.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a remote setup.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Reliable internet connection and a fully functional home office setup.
