Job summary

Labela is seeking U.S.-based Radiologists for a flexible, fully remote role to validate and audit frontier AI models used in radiology.

Qualified physicians will review AI-generated diagnostics, provide expert ground truth for X-ray, CT, MRI, and ultrasound case presentations, and guide the development of AI-driven decision support while prioritizing patient safety. Engagement runs July 30 to August 31, 2026.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Diagnostic Radiology (ABR), or a current senior resident or fellow (PGY-2+).
• 2+ years of postgraduate clinical training.
• Based in the United States.
• Ability to provide concise, technical feedback on complex clinical cases.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Logic Auditing: Review and refine AI-generated diagnostic and treatment strategies to ensure alignment with ACR standards.
• High-Complexity Validation: Provide expert-level ground truth for intricate radiological case presentations, cross-sectional image interpretation, and multimodal datasets (X-ray, CT, MRI, US).
• Safety Oversight: Identify clinical inaccuracies or hallucinations in AI outputs that could impact patient safety or triage decisions.
• Strategic Consulting: Advise on the development of AI-driven clinical decision support tools for radiological care.
