Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Radiation Oncology (ABR), or a current senior resident or fellow (PGY-2 or above) training in the field.
• 2+ years of postgraduate clinical training; established attendings and senior trainees are equally welcome.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to provide concise, technical feedback on complex clinical cases.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Logic Auditing: Review and refine AI-generated diagnostic and treatment strategies to ensure alignment with ASTRO standards.
• High-Complexity Validation: Provide expert-level ground truth for intricate radiation-oncologic case presentations, treatment planning, and target-volume delineation.
• Safety Oversight: Identify clinical inaccuracies or hallucinations in AI outputs that could impact patient safety or triage decisions.
• Strategic Consulting: Advise on the development of AI-driven clinical decision support tools for radiation-oncologic care.
