Job summary

Labela seeks U.S.-based Radiation Oncologists at all career stages for a flexible, remote role focused on validating and auditing AI-driven clinical reasoning in radiation oncology.

You will serve as a subject-matter expert to refine AI diagnostic/treatment strategies, provide ground-truth validation for complex cases, and help develop AI-enabled decision-support tools. Remote, project-based hours run July 30 to August 31, 2026.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Radiation Oncology (ABR) or current senior resident/fellow (PGY-2+) training in the field.
• 2+ years of postgraduate clinical training.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to provide concise, technical feedback on complex clinical cases.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Logic Auditing: Review and refine AI-generated diagnostic and treatment strategies to ensure alignment with ASTRO standards.
• High-Complexity Validation: Provide expert-level ground truth for intricate radiation-oncologic case presentations, treatment planning, and target-volume delineation.
• Safety Oversight: Identify clinical inaccuracies or hallucinations in AI outputs that could impact patient safety or triage decisions.
• Strategic Consulting: Advise on the development of AI-driven clinical decision support tools for radiation-oncologic care.
