Job summary

Stepful, Inc. is expanding its Radiologic Technology A.A.S. program and seeks an academic leader to design and scale nationwide.

As Program Director, you will shape curriculum, credentialing, completion and job placement outcomes, and drive ABHES/JRCERT compliance. This is a build role, supported by curriculum, operations, partnerships, and policy teams, with regular travel to partner sites. Reporting to the Imaging Programs Lead, you will lead faculty, oversee labs and clinical teaching, and

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited radiography program.
• Master’s degree from a qualified institution.
• Current ARRT R.T.(R) certification.
• Prior Program Director experience of an accredited radiography program.
• 3+ years of full-time clinical experience in medical imaging.
• 2+ years of experience as an instructor in a program at a qualified institution.
• Familiarity with program accreditation and regulatory compliance, including JRCERT and ABHES accreditation requirements and process.
• Strong data and technical literacy, prioritizing leading indicators over retrospective, end-of-year metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop curriculum meeting accreditor standards.
• Lead clinical playbooks for supervision and rotation quality.
• Own program outcomes and track ARRT pass and job placement.
• Lead accreditation and ABHES compliance filings and site readiness.
• Build and lead faculty, hire and develop instructors.
• Travel to partner sites for site feasibility, labs, and accreditation visits; potential teaching.

Education

Graduate from an accredited radiography program

Master's degree from a qualified institution

Current ARRT R.T.(R) certification

Prior Program Director experience of an accredited radiography program

3+ years of full-time clinical experience in medical imaging

2+ years of experience as an instructor in a program at a qualified institution
