LanceSoft, United States, is seeking a data scientist/analyst to support our digital marketing strategy team. You will analyze large data sets to identify opportunities for targeted and scalable marketing and sales initiatives, extract insights, and guide the development of programs.

The role requires strong data mining, modeling, and algorithm design with a track record of driving business outcomes. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners and build visuals to communicate results

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of data analytics or data science experience.
• Experience with marketing data and CRM data is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Marketing and Sales performance across the customer lifecycle.
• Identify trends, gaps, anomalies and opportunities across campaigns and geographies.
• Develop and maintain funnel reporting that links marketing activity to sales outcomes.
• Create PowerBI dashboards for data visualization.
• Design and run experiments to infer causality.
