Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in data science, physics, engineering, CS, math, stats, or related field.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python programming.
• Experience with Python libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, SciPy.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for leveraging data to drive business decisions.
• Experience with optimization techniques (gradient descent, linear programming) and curve fitting.
• Background in marketing analytics with hands-on experience in MTA, MMM, or incrementality analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement optimization algorithms (gradient descent, linear programming, curve fitting).
• Design and execute advanced marketing analytics techniques (MTA, MMM, incrementality) to evaluate and improve campaigns.
• Write efficient SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from relational databases.
• Build robust models and predictive algorithms using Python (pandas, scikit-learn, SciPy).
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering to translate business problems into analytic frameworks.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve existing models and processes.
