Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced QuickBooks Accounting Specialist to support an AI training project. In this contractor role, you will review accounting workflows, validate financial data, and help improve AI systems using your day-to-day QuickBooks expertise.

You will work with QuickBooks Online and Desktop, manage invoicing, bill payments, bank reconciliations, and generate P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports. Attention to detail and independent review of workflows are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop.
• Strong bookkeeping or accounting background.
• Experience with financial reporting and account reconciliations.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to independently review accounting workflows and financial data.

Responsibilities

• Work with QuickBooks Online and/or QuickBooks Desktop.
• Manage invoicing, bill payments, and bank reconciliations.
• Generate and review P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.
• Maintain the Chart of Accounts, customer records, and vendor records.
• Review accounting workflows and identify errors or inconsistencies.
• Validate financial data for accuracy and completeness.
• Apply accounting best practices when reviewing financial workflows.
