Job summary

Visible Hands is seeking experienced accounting professionals with deep QuickBooks expertise for a short-term AI training and evaluation project. You bring 5+ years of accounting and 3+ years hands-on QuickBooks experience, applying professional judgment to evaluate and improve AI systems.

You'll work remotely, approximately 40 hours per week (min 30), starting immediately. Rate is $150/hour for a two-week engagement with exact timeline to be confirmed for selected candidates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional accounting experience.
• 3+ years of QuickBooks experience (Online and/or Desktop).
• Strong knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping workflows.

Responsibilities

• Apply accounting and QuickBooks expertise to realistic tasks.
• Review AI-generated work for accuracy and quality.
• Identify errors or gaps and provide expert feedback.
• Complete work per project guidelines and quality standards.
