GoIntellects Inc. seeks a Program Manager Master QuickBase for a long-term government contract in Washington, DC. The role focuses on reviewing, documenting, analyzing, developing, and supporting a QuickBase rapid development framework onsite at DPW.

You will lead architecture, dashboards, reports, and customizations, aligning IT delivery with district government needs and managing multiple priorities in a cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• Expert-level QuickBase design and development experience.
• Documenting business processes and flow.
• Experience aligning IT strategy with business goals.
• Delivering scalable architecture supporting mobile and web.
• Web technologies with mobile app design experience.
• Experience with Database as a Service (DaaS).
• Experience handling large, complex data sets.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, document, analyze, and develop the agency's QuickBase framework.
• Support QuickBase rapid development and prototyping efforts.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for QuickBase implementations.
• Lead cross-functional efforts and manage changing priorities in a rapid deployment environment.
