Job summary

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Stata, SPSS, R, NVivo, Qualtrics, and Tableau for analyses and visualization.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage research tasks and timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Design and administer surveys and quantitative instruments with project leads' review.
  • Apply quantitative designs such as regression and quasi-experimental approaches.
  • Perform data cleaning, coding, and analyses with multiple variables using statistical software.
  • Develop data visualizations and dashboards in Tableau.
  • Prepare sections of research reports and present findings to clients.
  • Organize research tasks, timelines, and supporting documentation.
  • Mentor project team members and provide feedback.
  • Interact with external clients and partners under supervision.
