Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or preferred in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field.
• Knowledge of quality and regulatory practices is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support customers and internal teams with quality and regulatory inquiries, customer complaints, and audit requests.
• Triage, prioritize, document, and elevate quality issues while coordinating with Quality, Regulatory, Customer Service, Sales, and other cross-functional teams.
