Job summary

CTG seeks a Quality Technician II for remote contract work, providing support on quality and regulatory inquiries, customer complaints, and audits. You will triage issues and coordinate with Quality, Regulatory, Customer Service, and Sales to resolve complex questions.

CTG's long-standing Fortune 500 client of over 15 years has a W2 contract assignment for a Quality Technician II.

Type: Contract

Job Title: Quality Technician II

Location: Remote, must be able to work either 6AM-3PM or 7AM-4PM Monday-Friday

Pay Rate: $21.26/hour-$26.39/hour

Work Hours: M-F 8am-5pm

Education: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field preferred

Description

Support customers and internal teams with quality and regulatory inquiries, customer complaints, and audit requests. Triage, prioritize, document, and elevate quality issues while coordinating with Quality, Regulatory, Customer Service, Sales, and other cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of customer-facing experience
• Quality, Regulatory, manufacturing, medical device, or clinical industry experience preferred
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and escalation skills
• Ability to manage time-sensitive requests and multiple priorities
• Microsoft Office proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly
• ETQ, SharePoint, Salesforce, SAP, or PeopleSoft experience a plus
• Reports/metrics, continuous improvement, or multilingual skills a plus
