Job summary

WD-40 Company (UK) is looking for a Quality Manager to oversee quality engineering processes and supplier monitoring across the Americas. This remote position emphasizes risk-based decision-making and requires strong leadership skills, as well as professional fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in quality engineering or regulated CPG environments.
• Experience managing supplier quality and regulatory considerations.
• Strong understanding of quality engineering tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee qualification and performance monitoring of fillers and suppliers.
• Lead quality readiness and capability development for LATAM markets.
• Act as a trusted quality advisor to various teams within the organization.
