Qualifikationen

• Proven ability to set data-testing strategy and oversee validation across complex data flows and platforms.
• Experience leading and mentoring QA testers and associates across SDLC phases.
• Strong healthcare domain knowledge related to claims, membership, provider, and care management.

Aufgaben

• Define data-testing strategy and oversee estimation, execution, metrics, and reporting.
• Oversee SQL/database validation, ETL, data migration, and end-to-end data-flow testing.
• Guide test data management and apply experience with test automation and data-validation tools.
• Understand healthcare data domains and regulatory quality expectations.
• Lead risk identification, mitigation, defect management, and root-cause analysis.
• Drive quality across the SDLC, Agile delivery, and release readiness.
• Communicate quality status and business impacts to executives and clients; build cross-functional collaboration.
