Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare/related field.
• At least 5 years of professional healthcare administration or quality improvement experience.
• Experience with HEDIS and NCQA payer programs (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of quality measures and improvement methodologies.
• Experience with data reporting and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Develop quality measures and enterprise-wide reporting.
• Create dashboards and analytical tools for clinicians and leaders.
• Coordinate quality data collection, validation, and reporting.
• Lead Quality Intelligence meetings with stakeholders.
• Support value-based care program performance improvement.
