Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Quality Intelligence Program Consultant to advance healthcare quality through data-driven insights in a fully remote US role. You will work with clinical teams, business leaders and external partners to develop measurement strategies, optimize reporting, and transform complex data into actionable intelligence.

The role emphasizes dashboards, analytics, and enterprise-wide quality reporting to improve patient outcomes and support value-based care programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare, quality or related field.
5+ years of healthcare administration, quality intelligence or similar.
Experience with HEDIS/NCQA payer programs preferred.
Strong knowledge of quality improvement and measurement frameworks.
Proficiency in statistics and data visualization.

Responsibilities

Develop enterprise-wide quality measures, definitions, goals and improvement initiatives.
Monitor external reporting programs and align with regulatory requirements.
Maintain measure definitions and code lists for internal reporting.
Lead development of dashboards, reports and data visualizations.
Communicate performance data to stakeholders and drive improvement actions.
