Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Quality Intelligence Program Consultant in the United States to advance healthcare quality through data-driven insights and strategic initiatives. You will develop quality measures, optimize reporting processes, and transform healthcare data into actionable intelligence for clinicians, leaders, and payers.

In this fully remote role, you will oversee quality reporting, create dashboards, and support enterprise-wide quality improvement across value-based care programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Project Management, Quality Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in healthcare administration, project management, quality intelligence or related areas.
• Knowledge of HEDIS/NCQA payer programs is preferred.
• Strong understanding of quality improvement methodologies and performance measurement frameworks.
• Experience developing dashboards and analytical reports for clinical and operational audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise-wide quality measures, definitions, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Lead reporting workstreams, dashboards, and data visualization tools for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate data definitions, measure mappings, and data quality validation.
• Translate analytic findings into actionable improvement strategies for clinical and leadership teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners and external payer partners to support value-based care efforts.
