Jobgether is seeking a Quality Intelligence Program Consultant based in the United States. You will advance healthcare quality outcomes through data-driven insights, dashboards, and reporting, collaborating with clinical teams, leadership, and payer partners in a fully remote environment.

The role emphasizes developing quality strategies, data validation, and enterprise-wide improvement initiatives to strengthen value-based care and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare or related field.
• 5+ years in healthcare admin, PM, quality intelligence or related area.
• Familiar with HEDIS/NCQA payer programs preferred.
• Strong knowledge of quality improvement methods and reporting workflows.
• Ability to coordinate complex initiatives and meet timelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise-wide quality measures and dashboards.
• Monitor external quality reporting programs and regulatory requirements.
• Validate data, mappings, and reporting for accuracy and integrity.
• Lead cross-functional quality intelligence meetings with stakeholders.
• Translate analytics into actionable improvement strategies across the organization.
• Support data infrastructure and reporting files for internal/external needs.
• Collaborate with payer partners and clinical teams on quality initiatives.
