Advocate Health seeks a data-driven Professional to contribute to system-wide quality measures development and reporting. You will lead data validation, develop dashboards, and partner with departments to drive improvements in value-based care initiatives.

The role emphasizes quality data integrity, reporting, and collaboration with health outcomes teams, requiring analytical rigor and knowledge of CMS/NCQA guidelines.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor-level degree required in health care/quality/PM or related field.
• Experience with quality measures, pay-for-performance programs, and data reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with statistical methods.
• Experience with CMS/NCQA HEDIS and payer data feeds is preferred.
