Advocate Health is seeking a Quality Intelligence professional to lead data collection, validation, and reporting for value-based programs. The role guides measure development and collaborates with multiple departments to improve health outcomes.

The candidate will develop dashboards and visualizations, validate data feeds, and support strategic quality initiatives. A strong background in quality analytics and EHR tools is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration, Project Management, Quality, Engineering, or related field.
• Typically requires 5 years in Health Care Administration, Project Management, Quality Intelligence, or related field.
• HEDIS/NCQA Payor experience
• Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies, tools, and measures.
• Project Management methodology and tools.
• Statistical techniques to support analysis and interpretation of data.
• Ability to create reports, graphs, and other visual presentation materials, and effectively maintain statistical data.
• Excellent analytical and statistical skills with ability to analyze complex data, make inferences, and validate conclusions
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Demonstrates knowledge of value-based agreements, Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs), integrated health care operations and value based health care models.
• Knowledge of Information system tools, report programming, and measure development.
• Knowledge of CMS, NCQA HEDIS, MA Stars and evidence-based guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Contributes to system-wide quality/health outcomes measure development and definitions, goal setting, and project improvement activities.
• Leads development and adoption of processes for accurate quality data collection, analysis and reporting.
• Manages interpretation, analysis, and communication of quality data across departments to drive improvements.
• Develops reports, files, and databases for internal and external reporting; ensures data accuracy and familiarity with BI tools.
• Leads Quality Intelligence meetings with key stakeholders and tracks payer quality performance data to inform strategy.
• Develops improved Electronic Health Record (EHR) tools to support data capture and value-based priorities.
• Serves as subject matter expert for quality measures and payer data feeds.
