You will lead dashboards, engage with cross-functional teams remotely, and support value-based care initiatives across multiple programs. Strong analytics and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, quality, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in healthcare admin, quality intelligence, or related area.
• Experience with HEDIS/NCQA payer programs preferred.
• Strong knowledge of quality improvement methods and data analysis.
• Ability to coordinate complex initiatives and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise-wide quality measures and improvement initiatives.
• Monitor external quality programs and regulatory requirements.
• Lead reporting, dashboards, and analytical tools for quality data.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and validation across systems.
• Translate analytics into actionable improvement plans for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clinical, IT, and payer partners on value-based care.
