Job summary

Jobgether partners with a healthcare organization to fill a Quality Intelligence Program Consultant role in the United States. The consultant will advance quality outcomes through data-driven insights, dashboards, and enterprise-wide reporting in a fully remote environment.

The position requires 5+ years in healthcare quality/analytics, familiarity with HEDIS/NCQA programs, and strong project leadership. Expect collaboration across clinical, operations, and payer teams to improve value-based

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Project Management, Quality Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
At least 5 years of professional experience in healthcare administration, project management, quality intelligence, quality improvement, or related field.
Experience with HEDIS and NCQA payer programs preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop quality measurement strategies and definitions.
Lead enterprise-wide reporting, dashboards, and analytics initiatives.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and data governance for quality programs.
Collaborate with clinical teams, leadership, and payer partners to drive improvements.
Translate analytical findings into actionable improvement plans for stakeholders.
Coordinate reporting files, databases, and data infrastructure for internal/external reporting.
