Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Quality Intelligence professional to help shape system-wide quality measures and health outcomes reporting. This full-time, dayshift role is fully remote and available to candidates in AL and another remote states list.

You will develop dashboards, oversee data accuracy, and partner with care teams and leaders to drive value-based improvements across the health system. Strong knowledge of analytics and quality reporting is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in health care or related field.
• 5 years’ experience in health care administration or quality intelligence.
• HEDIS/NCQA payor experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of quality improvement methodologies and data reporting.
• Experience with CMS, NCQA and evidence-based guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise-wide quality reports and dashboards.
• Lead data collection, analysis and reporting processes.
• Validate data accuracy across feeds and measures.
• Collaborate with clinicians and leaders to drive improvements.
• Support external reporting programs and payer data feeds.
• Develop tools to capture complete EHR data for value-based care.
