Job summary

Liberty Healthcare is seeking a full-time Quality Manager to lead a statewide initiative aimed at improving the incident, grievance, and complaint management system for HCBS services across Maine.

You will manage a 10-person team, ensure timely reviews, and provide clinical leadership while supporting data analysis, reporting, and program development. The role is remote with occasional travel within Maine and daytime hours.

Qualifications

• Leadership and management experience in health or human services.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Experience overseeing incident management or grievance processes.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and supervise a team of 10 professionals.
• Provide quality oversight of incident management, grievance review and complaint resolution activities.
• Ensure efficient processing of a high volume of cases and provide clinical leadership.
• Consult on complex cases and contribute to data analysis and reporting.
• Support the program’s Director with leadership activities and drive best interests of the individuals served.
