Job summary

CVS Health in Wisconsin is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead quality improvement initiatives within our care teams. You will apply clinical expertise, analyze performance data, and align efforts with HEDIS and CAHPS goals to enhance patient outcomes and care delivery.

You will develop and implement programs, coordinate POSC workplans, and collaborate across stakeholders to ensure regulatory standards are met while promoting safe, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years in clinical, case management, or quality/compliance roles.
• HEDIS, STARs measures knowledge and experience with quality programs.
• Strong analytical, communication, and technical writing skills.
• RN credential required and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements quality improvement programs and initiatives.
• Analyzes workflows to monitor performance and compliance with standards.
• Drives evidence-based improvements and coordinates POSC workplans.
• Facilitates workgroups and committees to ensure participation.
• Contributes to policy development to improve care and safety.
• Stays current on quality research and best practices.
