Job summary

Guidehealth is seeking a Remote Clinical Quality Improvement Coordinator to help drive data‑driven quality initiatives in a fully remote setting. You will act as SME for QI measures, collect quality data, and collaborate with patients, providers and payers to close gaps and improve outcomes.

In this role you’ll manage data from EMR, claims and other sources, prioritize deadlines, and communicate performance insights to internal teams and customers.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher; CMA or LPN certification preferred.
• 1–3 years in healthcare; EMR data abstraction and coding knowledge.
• 2+ years in Medicare Advantage quality data abstraction and patient outreach.
• Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint; able to navigate multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate in a fully remote environment and engage with the team daily.
• Serve as SME on quality measures, initiatives, and payer requirements.
• Perform proactive patient outreach to close quality gaps and educate patients.
• Collect data from EMR, claims, and provider outreach.
• Manage work across EMR, payer portals, and Guidehealth apps.
