Job summary
Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) seeks a Quality & Documentation Analyst to support our Compliance Department by ensuring incident reports and documentation meet state and funding requirements. This remote, full-time role collaborates with clinical and regional teams to strengthen our compliance program and drive accuracy across records.
You will review daily incident reports, coordinate investigations, analyze data in Monday.com and CentralReach, and prepare monthly reports for Regional
Qualifications
- High school diploma or associate degree.
- Minimum of 1 year of ABA-related experience with children with autism in a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with incident review ability.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple reports and deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; able to review and analyze documents.
Responsibilities
- Review and monitor daily incident reports for accurate documentation and escalation.
- Coordinate incident reporting processes and follow up with involved teams.
- Conduct incident investigations, collecting witness statements and supporting information.
- Evaluate reports for completeness and alignment with policies and funding requirements.
- Prepare monthly compliance reports and support audits and QA initiatives.
