Qualifications

• High school diploma or associate degree.
• Minimum of 1 year of related professional experience providing ABA services to children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient communication with clinical teams and regional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Review and monitor incident reports for accuracy and timely follow-up.
• Coordinate incident reporting processes and follow up with involved team members.
• Conduct incident investigations including witness statements and supporting info.
• Evaluate reports for completeness and alignment with policies and funding requirements.
• Identify sensitive compliance concerns and escalate to leadership.
• Maintain organized, confidential records of reports and investigations.
• Support monthly/quarterly audits and continuous quality improvement.
