Job summary

Apex Companies, LLC is seeking a CSW Quality Control Supervisor to lead stormwater compliance crews in the field. This remote role supports projects across the Eastern/Central time zones, with occasional travel.

You will oversee quality, safety, and adherence to scopes of work while mentoring crew leaders and technicians. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of supervision experience, strong MS Office skills, and a valid license.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma.
• 5+ years of related experience supervising field projects.
• Willingness to travel.
• Ability to perform manual labor and lift 60 pounds.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Thorough understanding of OSHA safety practices.
• Good attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screenings.
• Observe and evaluate stormwater crews' performance and provide feedback.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with integrity and responsibility.
• Promote Apex H&S policies.
• Observe and evaluate stormwater crew performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Ensure crews are properly maintaining company equipment and other assets.
• Reports to the Commercial Stormwater Southeast Region's Stormwater Compliance Manager.
• Help mentor Compliance Crew Foreman and Crew Technicians.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Some overnight travel is required.
