Apex Companies, LLC is seeking a CSW Quality Control Supervisor to lead stormwater compliance crews in the field. This remote role supports projects across the Eastern/Central time zones, with occasional travel.

You will oversee quality, safety, and adherence to scopes of work while mentoring crew leaders and technicians. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of supervision experience, strong MS Office skills, and a valid license.

Formación

• GED or High School Diploma.
• 5+ years of related experience supervising field projects.
• Willingness to travel.
• Ability to perform manual labor and lift 60 pounds.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Thorough understanding of OSHA safety practices.
• Good attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screenings.
• Observe and evaluate stormwater crews' performance and provide feedback.

Your Responsibilities as a CSW Quality Control Supervisor:

What we're looking for:

• GED or High School Diploma


• 5+ years of relatedexperiencewith successful development and management of fieldprojects and supervising staff.


• Willingness to Travel


• Able to perform manual labor.


• Ability to lift and carry 60 pounds, work in confined spaces, and work under inclement weather conditions.


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.


• Valid driver's license, safe driving history and reliable transportationare required.


• Thorough understanding of safe work practices in accordance with OSHA regulations.


• Track record of excellent attendance and punctuality.


• Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screenings.
