Job summary

Apex Companies - CSW is seeking a CSW Quality Control Supervisor in the Nashville area. You will lead stormwater compliance crews, enforce safety policies, and mentor crew leaders while managing field projects and ensuring equipment is maintained.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in related supervision, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel. This full-time role includes bonus opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience with successful development and management of field projects and supervising staff.
• Ability to lift and carry 60 pounds and work in inclement weather.
• Willingness to travel and perform manual labor.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and basic computer skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; OSHA safety knowledge.

• Promote and enforce Apex H&S policies.
• Observe and evaluate stormwater compliance crews and provide feedback for improvement.
• Ensure crews maintain equipment and assets.
• Report to Stormwater Compliance Manager in the Southeast Region.
• Mentor Compliance Crew Foreman and Crew Technicians.
• Some overnight travel is required.

Your Responsibilities as a CSW Quality Control Supervisor

• Lead by example and demonstrate integrity and responsibility
• A true champion for health and safety that will promote and enforce Apex H&S policies
• Observe and evaluate the performance of stormwater compliance crews in terms of executing scopes of work and provide feedback for improvement
• Ensure crews are properly maintaining company equipment and other assets
• Reports to the Commercial Stormwater Southeast Region’s Stormwater Compliance Manager
• Help mentor Compliance Crew Foreman and Crew Technicians
• Basic computer knowledge
• Some overnight travel is required

What we're looking for

• GED or High School Diploma
• 5+ years of relatedexperiencewith successful development and management of fieldprojects and supervising staff.
• Willingness to Travel
• Able to perform manual labor.
• Ability to lift and carry 60 pounds, work in confined spaces, and work under inclement weather conditions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Valid driver's license, safe driving history and reliable transportationare required.
• Thorough understanding of safe work practices in accordance with OSHA regulations.
• Track record of excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screenings.
