Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• About 5 years telecom QA experience including DC power and fiber installation.
• Ability to interpret customer requirements, standards, and contractual deliverables.
• Proficiency with Excel and SharePoint for tracking and CoQ calculations.
• Experience with ERP/MRP, PLM/PDM, or document control systems.
• Experience in internal surveillance and customer audits in manufacturing or service environments.

Responsibilities

• Audit engineering specifications for accuracy and adherence to standards; document findings and drive corrective actions.
• Audit engineering packages (drawings, BOMs, ECNs, deviations) for compliance with requirements.
• Audit Methods of Procedure and End of Job packages for safe installation and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure version control and alignment between requirements, released docs, and service deliverables.
• Track CoPQ metrics and support corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
• Initiate corrective actions with Engineering, Quality, Program Management, and Operations.
• Support TL 9000 metric collection and internal surveillance audits with evidence gathering and action tracking.
• Communicate recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
• Maintain audit records and evidence per confidentiality and customer requirements.
