OmniOn Power Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to audit engineering specifications and packages, ensure accuracy and customer standards, and track CoPQ across quotation, engineering, execution and material.

This role reports to the Services Quality Leader and is 100% remote. You will support TL 9000 metric collection, prepare audit checklists, gather objective evidence, conduct process interviews, record results, and drive corrective actions with Engineering, Quality, Program

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ~5 years experience in telecom industry requirements including DC power installation/engineering, toll/fiber installation, project management.
• Ability to interpret customer requirements and standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and SharePoint for tracker maintenance and CoPQ calculations.
• Experience with ERP/MRP, PLM/PDM or document control systems.

Responsabilidades

• Audit engineering specifications for accuracy and adherence to customer standards; document findings and drive timely correction.
• Audit engineering packages (drawings, BOMs, build documentation, ECNs/changes, deviations) for compliance with customer requirements.
• Audit Methods of Procedure and End of Job packages to ensure safe installation and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure version control and configuration alignment between customer requirements, released engineering documentation, and service deliverables.
• Track cost of poor-quality (CoPQ) metrics and support corrective actions to reduce costs and improve customer satisfaction.
• Initiate corrective actions and partner with Engineering, Quality, Program Management and Operations.
• Support TL 9000 metric collection, validation and reporting; assist audits with evidence gathering and action tracking.
• Communicate recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
• Maintain audit records, trackers, and evidence with confidentiality and retention requirements.
